Bro, do you even crossfit?

Do you think you’re allowed to question the point of being/getting fit

She’s put me right off it. I don’t want another ‘family’ thanks

Solid, traditional surname, that. You don’t see it often enough these days.

To my mind this is entirely what the FB unfollow option is there for.

They’d probably say how amazing it makes them feel, self-centred bastards

Did you just take that now?

It might be the angle but that sort of looks short enough that you could just stand upright and hold the pole.

If you want help getting your scaffolding pole unstuck I’d start by being a bit more polite, TBH.

i know someone who’s trying to be a sort of crossfit celeb on instagram, it’s really fucking weird, she broke her wrist doing it the other day which i found incredibly weird for what is ostensibly just a workout

i recently unfollowed her too anyway

there’s a few big-on-twitter people I see the odd good thing from, seem alright and follow, but quickly unfollow them again when I remember they appear to tweet literally every single thought they have.

Not even saying anything bad, just seems like half my feed becomes whatever they’re droning on about.

embarrassingly get this song in my head but with tweet instead of talk

Just want to express here how utterly stupid kipping pull ups are

definitely the best exercise fail out there

I’ve unfollowed my parents on there (as their posts about their culty religion make me angry and I don’t like being angry), they’re always asking me whether I’ve seen their photos and I awkwardly rely ‘some of them I think’
