Did Antpocalypsenow and bergkamp genuinely make exactly the same post at the same time?

Taking shots at the independent boys I see. Don’t think this’ll end well for them.

Hate the term, but they really didn’t spend very long thinking about the, ahem, optics of that ad, did they?

TBF most indie fried chicken shops are awful compared to KFC. Its not like Burger joints where you can often find superior grub at a similar price point of he major players.

Like in Brighton the only fried chicken thats non-kfc I’d eat is Chicks and even then it often tastes like Fried chicken thats been boiled (though has nice rosemary flavoured seasoning)

Might be reading too much into it, but filming round the streets of Peckham, looking at all the youngsters eating in ropey chicken places, then opting for a swanky looking KFC felt like they were missing the point. Think they might underestimate the following the indie places have, and the reasons for that, especially in south London.

Also, they changed the Morley’s to a different name.

Carlsberg are up to this now:

Skin-on beer?

Naan bread is one of the nicest things. If beer tasted like naan bread I wouldn’t have given up drinking.

The Carlsberg in our student bar appears to have been rebranded slightly as ‘Carlsberg Danish Pilsner’ and comes in a fancy glass now. More news to follow as I receive it.

Yeah, they’ve changed the recipe and are making a big song and dance about improving the flavour and quality, it’s been well received by some beer writers who tried it but I’ve not had the chance yet (and my opinion is the only one that counts).

Woah those are big claims, be amazed if they managed to pull that off

This is Pete Brown on it, says he’s very impressed with what they’ve attempted:

Have you tried the new Korean Fried chicken place in kemptown?

Pricey but good
