Grabbed Hyperion, though apparently it ends on a massive cliffhanger and you need at the least the sequel as well (and there are four books in the series). Will cross that bridge if I ever get there.

In A Lonely Place was really excellent, full five star creeps. Iād seen the Bogart film version but itās got a different take on the plot so it didnāt really affect anything.

I bought/read Metro 2033 15 years ago, and loved that apocalyptic world in the Russian metro. I think I read Metro 2034 a few years later, and liked it but not as much. I kept eyeing up this third one, but it was maybe not translated or was very expensive. Anyway, itās a daily deal now and is purchased. Will see if I still have the love for this setting after all these years.

Mark Hoppusā memoir is 99p on Amazon. A nice, easy read. Love this dude and his band so much.
a fantastic Discworld book is only 99p - Sam Vimes and the City Watch are my favourite characters and you could comfortably jump in here without any prior knowledge
