Got in Itsu. Teriyaki pork rice pot and chicken gyoza. Ate about half of it and now feel a bit sick.

My fish is breaded and there’s ketchup rather than Tartar sauce, but that’s my lunch.

Salami and cream cheese bagel.
Bag of mini cheddars.
Got a little pot of dried mango to munch on this afternoon.

Might end up having a walk the staff shop and getting some snacks n that.
