Latitude 2018

#1

Hmm.

#2

Did Latitude not used to be quite good?

#3

Oooof

#4

Sub thread: Longitude line up

#5

I hope Solange has some UK dates lined up either side.

#6

Dreadful. Been getting worse over the last few years. 2012 (or 2013?) is one of the best festivals I’ve been to

#7

I liked Latitude very much the year I went - but that lineup is not tempting me at all

#8

enjoy watching solange in great yarmouth

#9

Do Alt-J live there?

#10

Rag n Bone man lol

#11

Fuck me, that is bad.

#12

I’ve seen one or two complaints about this but I think its one of the most consistent lineups I’ve seen this year and will sell very well, the Sunday looks good.

#13

Jonathan pie!

#14

I just hope he doesn’t clash with James!

#15

They’ve left quite a lot of the better names off of that poster.

Headliners aside it’s better than it has been in a while, tbf.

#16

about 10 decent bands there

#17

= approx double the number on the poster upstream

#18

This is a very Latitude line up, what on earth are you all moaning about?

Hope Solange plays her own gigs but last year she just came for Lovebox/Glastonbury and that was it.

#19

Thanks for this list, all I’d seen was the poster. Some pretty good acts there.

Headliners at Latitude are nearly always awful, but that means you get a chance to see the excellent acts headlining in the other tents instead. There’s so much on that you can happily never darken the main stage and have a great time.

We live in Aberdeen but we’ve driven the entire length of the UK three times to go to Latitude, it’s ace.

Will be going to this and taking both children for the first time :scream: :scream: :scream_cat:

Latitude headliners are usually extremely middle of the road, but the depth of the full line up is always great. Don’t think I’ve actually been excited about a mainstage headliner there since Kraftwerk tbh tbf. Didn’t go last year, but two years ago did get to see Grimes and Soulwax headline their respective nights in the tent, both of which were awesome. Latitude so much…
