I think I ‘get-the-giggles’ about 3 times per calendar year on average. I’ll sometimes chuckle but most of the times I silently find things amusing.

What were we on about?

Ah nothing really. It was just a comment made about that photo you posted of you pretend snoozing next to a dog. I feel like a weirdo for bringing it up now :grimacing:

You’re good, I don’t even remember what that was! I often think of things from DiS that I laugh at to myself.

I don’t think I laugh very often, but when I do, I often succumb to an uncontrollable fit that’s difficult to control.

I went looking for it there and found this gem I’d missed.

:joy:

Last time I properly had tears rolling down my face for ages was when me and the Mrs were staying at a hotel. We were a bit giddy and excited, and when we left for dinner she was pretending to be part of a SWAT team - hiding in doorways, doing hand signals, pretending to have a gun. The lift came, and she reversed in, holding a pretend gun, unaware that an old couple were standing behind her. I sort of looked away and she said “Oh, join in you miserable cock”. She looked round and went all quiet.

I was pissing myself. All evening, every time I remembered it. Tears.

It’s the angle that the photos been taken that confuses me. It’s so low down  . Dog/catcam.

magic mushrooms made me laugh in a way that nothing else has ever done

lying on my bed on my own, just laughing at nothing for what felt like ages.

it was genuinely beautiful.

oh and there was a time at uni when my mate and i got the giggles after smoking a spliff in bed and just cried with laughter for 20 minutes or so. glorious.

i do laugh quite a lot in general, the world is ridiculous so laughter is an important reaction to it

I laugh quite a lot. Definitely one of my favourite things to do.

I have the opposite problem where I find it hard to suppress my laughter if I find something funny, and it usually happens at really inappropriate times around people, when I’m daydreaming or thinking about something funny that happened in the past, or something I’ve read on here.

I laugh a lot, like making others laugh a lot, cry with laughter maybe once a week. It’s good

I’ve been told my laugh is pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good.

Yes yes yes. I have this.

Also I was recently recording me and some friends reading a really really dumb script I’d written, and it’s embarrassing how much i was laughing at my own documented idiocy.

It’s a curse.

I’ve actually got myself into quite bad trouble because of laughing at some thought in my head. I can’t help it. Sometimes if there’s something REALLY funny on your mind, it’s impossible to stop thinking about it.

And it always happens when people are talking about something really serious.
