Rugs are good for keeping your tootsies warm if you’re not wearing slippers (which you’re not)

What purpose does it serve, please?

Ah, OK. I wasn’t aware of that on accounts of how I’m always too hot and therefore prefer to keep my tootsies cool

You should get an ice rug for your tootsies

I’d really love that actually. Or a pair of ice slippers

I’m just being cheeky and a bit crazy

Makes the place less echoey if you’ve got hard floors

I like my halls to echo with the sound of laughtee

I meant laughter

One day you should just change your avatar to  and just say really boring stuff. Would be fun.

Fills the gap between the couch and the tv. Somebody suggested I get a coffee table, but I told them to fuck off.

That would be very fun actually. I’ll consider that, thanks for the suggestion.

Tables are for putting items on

I do often, my current one is from there and I like that it’s low pile and only cost 50 quid despite it being massive.

Would like one of those Persian type rugs but one of the ones with geometric pictures of like birds and things. So probably not a Persian rug at all. However they always seem to be red colour schemes which is not what I’m looking for.

Sorry, bit of a rug ramble.

This looks very soft and comfy. How does it cope with vacuuming? I would be worried it would suck all the strands out.

I always forget about la redoute, am going to go have a nosey. Thank you!

Speaking of vacuums though, I remember you got one not that long ago. How’s it working out? I remember being amazed at the fact it would slide underneath things. We really need to upgrade ours, it’s so very broken in many ways but not quite broken enough to be rushing to buy a new one.

Another La Redoute one here (sorry for the shit picture)

I like it. We’ve actually just bought another one from Kukoon for the spare (soon to be baby’s) room, it was so cheap! But it does feel a bit thinner than the above. But it is softer.

You’ve reminded me to buy hoover bags! Thanks.

Ours is a Miele Compact C2 and I’m very impressed with it. It has six different suction powers that help with doing rugs vs wood floors vs carpets, and upholstery and it’s nice and neat with all the bits slotting on the sides or top.

Not a shit picture, I love that he was caught mid munch

It doesn’t suck the strands out and it stays quite fluffy! You definitely get a lot of crap in a rug like that so it cleans up well when you Hoover.

Yes I’d defo recommend my shark! I still love it! It’s just the best one I’ve had, miles better than my dyson was. I have this one which is a lil pricey but I need that anti hair wrap tech cause it definitely works!

I like that it folds in half so you can put it in a cupboard.
