Just ignore him guys, he’ll lose interest if none of us give him the reaction he’s looking for

It’s bad enough they do a chocolate orange, but a mint pyramid?

If ever there was a confectionery company that needed winding up, it’s Terry’s

An excellent and welcome addition, thanks AOTW!

(I also love those mint creams, we used to make homemade versions of them with me Mam as a kid)

I think they exist purely for the ‘pyramint’ pun.

I haven’t seen them for so long that I don’t think they even exist any more.

As a much younger man I once drafted out a letter (never written or sent) requesting Fruit Polos packs made up entirely of the reds and purples

If only Social Media was a thing back when you were a lad you’d have been onto a winner there.

Why not post something on the Polo Facebook page, claiming that your fictional small child loves the red and purple ones and wants a truckload of them…?

I tried tweeting at Walkers over their shambolic introduction of Bugles recently and had no joy, however I do think Cadbury’s introduced their mini Double Decker things off the back of my suggestion (they got them wrong though)

or you could create a service that paired you up with someone that only likes greens and oranges

I hate the foamy Haribo ones, my gf loves them, she hates strawberry creams in Quality Street etc, I love em!

I took a packet of Polos with me to every one of my GCSE, A-Level and university exams. Couldn’t go in unless I had a packet of Polos, could I? I wouldn’t even necessarily eat one, I just had to have them with me.
However, this has led to a situation where I associate Polos with the stress of exams and have not been able to bring myself to have one in more than 10 years

Did you ever open the pack at both ends and inhale the minty air as if it was a big minty cigar?

This never occurred to me, but is something I would now like to try.

Give it a go! You never know, you might love it!

Have you ever tried this? What if I were to try to light the cigar?

I feel like it was probably something I did in my youth or it wouldn’t have occurred to me now (probably at Youth Club actually! (just tying some threads together))

I don’t think it would work if you actually lit it.
