just reading Daft Wee Stories right now! Kind of on and off, itās basically become a toilet book. Surprisingly thought provoking in places.
Miss ye big man! Gone but not forgotten.
I seem to have crossed a line with Limmy where I now find him funny.
The book is out today, this thing Vice have done where they give him a scenario and he does a story off of it is really funny:
Properly laughing out loud at this.
All three of them fully did me. Canāt wait to get stuck into the book now.
Same. The last one was so good. Itās very, very rare I laugh out loud at books, but some of those stories induced actual tears.
Aye, same. Gonna re-read the first one as well innit.
āGreggs are denying all of thisā
Had a look-ridiculous-trying-not-to-laugh-on-the-train moment reading Porridge this morning.
Couple of duds so far in the book but some absolute gold as well, loved Keys.
Finished it this morning. Itās not as good as Daft Wee Stories was but itās still great, some of them really cut to the heart of my constant inner-dialogue. The one about the boss in an office just wandering around double-guessing that everyone is thinking heās being weird is eerily resonant.
Really liked Porridge. And the App Icon. And Benidorm. I think Daft Wee Stories had a higher hit rate overall though.
guys Iāve got some good news
