I agree with this. Plenty for LP to do to somewhat reinvent themselves without making generic pop music. Of the 4 songs so far I can’t really say I like any of them and there isn’t an ounce of creativity being shown. I don’t want another Hybrid Theory and I understand the bandmates don’t want to make another one, but there’s plenty of other elements/subgenres/styles to incorporate into your music to make it feel new. I’m convinced they’re a talented enough group to do it and they’ve had plenty of time to work since Hunting Party came out.

I’m not sweating it since I haven’t really listened to LP on a regular basis since maybe my last year of high school (about 3 years ago, for reference) and overall I consider them something of a “past time”, but it’d still be nice to see them come out with a good album which is looking unlikely.

I love the variety of Linkin Park.
You have some hard/wild and loud songs, but also others more calm and chilling <3 You find a fitting LP song for actually all moods. Not to mention the deepness and meaning of the lyrics.

My opinion: LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! To all LP songs .
