I love the stuff. Best salty and in the shape of the pipe of an old sea-dog.

So they decided to make an additional sweet with no liquorice, so they instead use a different disgusting ingredient?

I’m aware the above sentence makes no sense but I really really can’t get my head round liquorice allsorts

And there was that weird doctor who baddie

I didn’t read this as ‘Doctor Who’ at first, and really enjoyed it as a sentence.

Try it!

Just realosed it would work better with ice instead of rice

Liquorice all sorts are tolerable but you can just get dolly mixture which just has the nice bits

Would be all for the expansion of licorice products in the average UK supermarket.

Liquorice is incredible. Massive shout-out for Liquorice Allsorts, obviously, and I particularly adore the tiny dolly-mixture sized liquorice you get in some Haribo mixes (all too rare in the UK, alas). Liquorice torpedos are up there with the ATDs of pick ‘n’ mix, and this is my favourite Xmas selection box too:

Hurrah for liquorice!

I think I just don’t like especially bitter things? I should like a negroni but they just don’t work for me … yet

Ive been drinking a fair amount of NA Negronis, great drink when you want something nice but not too sweet

We had a gerbil called Liquorice once and I felt terribly guilty that I disliked the food. (Loved the gerbil though)

A lot of them have been named after food/drink actually

X Bungee and Gus (named by my aunt)
X Moonlight and Shadow
:ballot_box_with_check: Pepsi, Cola and Liquorice
:ballot_box_with_check: Caramel, Toffee and Fudge
X Polish :ballot_box_with_check: Pepper
X Cotton, Button, Smudge :ballot_box_with_check: Spice
X Pipsqueak :ballot_box_with_check: Peanut, Pumpkin

Aunt Bungee. Love it.

Also, was Moonlight and Shadow named after the Mike Oldfield song?
