Not had chicken selects on their own for soo long. Always think they’re a bit pricey and extravagant, so end up plumping for the 1/4 pounder if I’m on my tod. If it’s me and the woman we’ll sometimes have our individual meal and 5 selects between us though.

  • Subway: 6 inch Meatball Marinara on Hearty Italian bread with cheese and toasted, but no salady bits or sauces, plus an orange Oasis and a cookie
  • Nandos: Chicken butterfly with loads of lemon and herb dressing, creamy mash and garlic bread
