This reminds me of someone at uni who at McDo would order a Big Mac without the meat. So basically three slices of bread with some lettuce and that weird sauce.

when i was a waiter someone ordered thus: “can i have the cheese ploughmans but with sausages instead of cheese please?” and then was all “what’s wrong with that?” when I laughed at her.

Pub: Beer.

MacDonalds: Whatever. Normal reason for being there would be breakfast to go on a train so a sausage and egg mcmuffin, maybe?
BK: X-tra Long Chili Cheese!
KFC: 3 piece meal + hot wings. Favourite fast food option. Doesn’t exist where I live.

Generic Scottish Chinese takeaway: Wonton soup; spare ribs (either dry or salt and chili); special fried rice

I don’t know but I definitely have been in a McDonalds to use the loo and it’s been locked.

I would favour a pub for an emergency poo stop over McDos.

Pub: (winter) whatever ale I’ve not heard of; (summer) Peroni/other lager from somewhere hot
McD’s: two double cheeseburgers. No fries. Diet Coke.
Chippy: haddock, small chips
Pictures: small sweet popcorn (oh, the medium only costs 10p more and is actually large enough for adult consumption? I’ll have that then), diet Coke.
Pizza: anything involving capers

Coffee Shop - Americano - Black
Pub - Brains Pub - Whichever Craft effort they have on that week (recent coffee stout was excellent), Murenger - India Ale, Taphouse - whatever isn’t £6 a pint (usually have a Tiny Rebel Clwb if on), Rubbish pubs with limited choice - Guinness.
McDonalds - Big Mac or Chicken Legend Meal (Spicy Mayo)
Chippy - Clarks Pie, Curry Sauce and Chips or Fish (if it’s a quality chippy)
Subway - Italian BMT on Hearty Italian 6", Lettuce, Toms, Peppers, Cucumber, Jalepenos, Southwest Sauce.
Dominos - Mighty Meaty/regret

My pregnant friend at work made me go get her mcdonalds for lunch which was exactly that but a cheese burger without the burger. It was always a struggle to get them to understand.

Used to be an amazing kebab shop around the corner from where we lived at uni. Really miss the food options we had nearby actually.

Chicken meat and chips from the chippy is alright by me though.
