in that case, I’m not really sure I understand this line of thinking
So near, so Sparticulated
Well it’s because I don’t think of that sort of heavy van type of thing as a lorry, I only think of articulated lorries as ‘lorries’. I consider ‘lorry’ as short of articulated lorry.
In fairness, that thing in the photo is basically a big van (7.5 tonner). But ‘lorries’ definitely come in non-articulated form.
isn’t truck american for lorry?
also the pic in the OP is literally the second google image search result for ‘lorry’
I am not claiming to be right, I am simply informing Balonz how I feel about his use of lorry.
The word lorry has lost all meaning reading this thread.
lorra lorra lorries
Hello, I work in a lorry factory
I think it’s because the back ones are doublers and if they were outies then there’d be massive nuts running through the wheel.
Is that Hugh Truck in that photo?
Actually I am CERTAIN of this.
*Hugh articulated truck
Hugh Artic, to his mates
he is a very articulated guy
If I had a Lorry I’d call it David.
If I had a donkey I’d call it Hotay.
