Love Actually

Last night I had an excellent time at The Electric Cinema in Brum drinking a number of different gins and watching Love Actually.

Feel free to chat about Love Actually and/or gin

Love actually is the film I have seen most ‘bits’ of without ever sitting through more than 5 minutes at once.

Someone I work with pretended to think that Love Actually was Cold Feet.

That is all I am willing to discuss about THIS STEAMING PILE OF FESTERING CRAP

Nearly went to the Electric last time I was in Birmingham cos my hotel was right nearby and they had an anniversary screening of The Warriors. Instead I stayed in my room.

Never seen Love Actually but have a weird appreciation for it introducing loads of Americans to the national treasure that is Martine McCutcheon.

Are we doing some sort of reappraising thing here? Because love actually is objectively shit right? I mean come on?

I put it in the same category as David Guetta.

THings that seem very very dated and shit and yet bizarrely successful. OK.

And make you want to DANCE!

Every bit I’ve seen of it has been quite infuriatingly shit

I am and always will be completely in love with Colin Firth and I will use any excuse to talk about my undying devotion to him.
Have you seen the faces he does?
When he smiles so shyly it makes my heart melt.
