Nice. I’ve recently transitioned from five large mugs of tea a day (plus usually a Diet Coke) to a limit of one caffeinated drink a day. It’s partly because I don’t want to suffer caffeine withdrawal on holiday, and partly in keeping with the low-key nature of this thread.

Just been in a meeting between my team and another team. The head of the other team phoned one of them to tell them she wouldn’t be coming. She has no idea how loud her team member has her phone volume, because we could hear every word.

“I’m not coming, I’ve got better things to do and we’ve been over this about a million times already. Just tell them what we talked about last night and say that I’ve got held up something”

I get this slightly dizzying sensation when I’m in a thread and people are replying more quickly than I can keep up with. Seems especially acute when it’s a poll thread (maybe because I feel like it demands my response?)

Not much going on in the AQOS thread. It’s mainly Bond, CRJ and a few posts in the Guess The Nearest Town thread
