Made a ribollita yesterday so had leftovers. Fucking amazing. Put toasted ciabatta in it y’day and by today the whole thing was just a really great consistency. Feels well healthy, too, even if it has about 15 tbsps of oil in.
One problem: Anna Jones (the recipe’s author) says it serves 6, and I’m only getting 3 meals out of it. Granted, I’m greedy, but I think it indicates a general trend of providing absolute nonsense bullshit portion sizes. Maybe Anna Jones is quite small, or doesn’t exercise much, or whatever, but it makes me feel like a grotesque pig man.
