every so often I’m like “right, I’m going to start drinking loads of water. it’ll be great” then remember it makes me need to piss loads and can’t be bothered with it after 1-2 days

I have bladder like a fishing net tbh, I’m on water only at work and I piss so much I must only actually work about half the day.

I rinse my face in the shower and that literally it apart from using eye make up remover. Have pretty excellent skin and have found the less you mess about with it the better.

I am however doing an experiment at the moment with a really expensive tun of ‘youth activating’ eye cream. Using it every night for a month and then going to compare pictures to see if I’ve dropped 10 years.

Sooo I’ve got Rosacea which, when it flares up, looks bad. It rarely does thankfully but even then I wouldn’t say I’ve got good skin. I use a light day moisturiser in the morning, just whatever I’ve got kicking about, my mum gave me one from lidl/Aldi that was great! use micellar water to take my make up off at night. Sometimes I’ll use a foaming facial cleanser, got a bare minerals one at the moment. Also got one of those giant electric face toothbrushes, when I used it my skin felt AMAZING.

st ives apricot scrub, that’s about it.

In Debenhams right this very just now, i picked up a tester thingimajig of clinique eye something whatnot and applied it to my very eyes. I’m eager to see appropriate results

Generally just wash my face with water in the shower. I do use moisturiser after shaving, though (about once a week).

I get eczema in and around my ears from time to time, which is a nuisance. I think that’s just one of those things, though.

Privileged with decent skin genetics so didnt really get acne and spots growing up.

moisturise after shower with an emolient cream w/ shea butter, then throughout the day with ‘simple’ hydrating cream

Stay safe. Stay moisturised all

Oh I also take vitamin D supplment (as should most people in the Uk) which can also help skin appearance (although I take it for strong af bones)

How often throughout the day out of interest? Do you find it makes a difference?

up to 4-5 times a day I reckon. Carry around a travel one and have a bigger bottle of cream on my desk at work so its just become habit. Noticeable effects of non-compliance (just skin feels less soft and plump) in autumn/winter, which are most likely attributable to cold-dry air/ indoor heating + less sun/ vit D.

use a bit of this on my coupon every day, it’s freezing cold to the touch too so is great when you’re hungover

I use that face wash which that has a plastic brush built in for exfoliating, I avoid wrinkles by having a complete lack of facial expression

a proper skincare routine is quite far down my list of priorities when i’m hungover ngl

My face gets wet when I’m in the shower. Got some moisturiser for Christmas once which was nice but never felt the need to replace it when it ran out.

Yeah, I have occasionally had some for Xmas or birthdays and have used it until it ran out but not bothered to buy any more, even if it has worked.

Other than that, I swill a bit of water over my face after brushing my teeth in the morning.
