1.5 for Clueless isn’t even the worst take here!

Captain Fantastic is one of the worst films I’ve seen recently. Found it to be very irresponsibly romanticised. Glad you disliked the song, was genuinely jaw-droppingly shocked at how ludicrous it was.

(Appreciate I’m in the minority on this as well, loads of people seem to have really liked it)

Would definitely rank highly in my most hated films ever list. That and Closer coming out at similar times made it a golden age for shit films about hateable people having affairs.

had a moment like this with bridget fonda just this week (as in, I watched something with her in and remembered she existed but hasn’t been in anything for years, rather than the two of us watching deep impact together or something)

don’t remember seeing any finnish movies other than kaurismaki ones before this, dogs don’t wear pants. some s & m ultraviolence in it, so maybe be careful. not sure i agree with the label comedy for it in total, although definite humour. would’ve liked to have seen the dominatrix character fleshed out, but otherwise really good. channel 4 for 4 more days…
