Not a clue. Mourinho’s quotes don’t mention it. There is a bit about as a professional he shouldn’t do it but, as a person seeing his family be abused he understands.

The only other incident like this I can think of is Cantona and even then it isn’t like that?

Dier’s ran a long way to get to where they were in the stand so I’m not sure how he’d know what was being said other than that he could see an altercation? Anyway it’ll all come out I’m sure but there’s a lot of conjecture

Reckon he might do alright next season. It definitely seems as if the patented Jose cycle has been broken though, which is what he set out to achieve I believe.

Absolutely amazing what white English players (even shit ones!) get away with that other players absolutely wouldn’t. Imagine if Dier was someone else, maybe say with dual Swiss-Albanian citizenship, who didn’t just satisfy himself with telling the crowd to fuck off but actually jumped into the crowd and had a fight? Lol imagine.
