Only saw mid90s and eighth grade. Didn’t massively care for either of them

Going to go and see maborosi tomorrow though, which I’m looking forward to

Watched Captain Fantastic on iPlayer. Its great but that Guns n Roses bit is excruciating

Fucking hated that film

Motion for them to stop making biopics

Tried to watch Hearts Beat Loud last night. Wasn’t very good was it?

The ending of that film is pretty sociopathic. I keep forgetting it’s directed by Gavin Belson from Silicon Valley too

Vox Lux, High Life, Detective Pikachu, JW3, Ad Astra, Booksmart, Godzilla

One hell of a month for me

Also A Dog’s Journey

The complete lack of info about Ad Astra suggests it’s either not happening yet or is a total disaster

Please can you remind me what Ad Astra is. Oh, and Vox Lux

Thought it was a nice film.

Vox Lux is Natalie Portman being Lady Gaga

Ad Astra is Brad Pitt having to rescue his Dad, Tommy Lee Jones from…

Wait for it…

the planet Neptune…

Thought Eighth Grade was great. More intense than most horror films for me. White Knuckle stuff.

Been waiting years to see this, cos it never got properly released here. Looking forward to it not being as good as I’ve always assumed it is.
