I think I overbaked them because I’m not used to this oven but I guess that just makes them a bit crunchy

They’re perfectly crunchy on the bottom (aren’t we all wheeeeyyyy) and it works really well with the gooeyness in the middle. I’m going to have to show some incredible self-restraint here.
I ended up throwing the offcuts in the bin because I have no restraint
