Eat most of my meals at weird times, need to sort it out really. I have a meal planning diary which helps, and I set alarms to remind myself to eat normally but sometimes it’s like
I’m a free spirit, maaaaaan.
If I don’t eat enough during the day I’ll sometimes sleep eat. So, like, get up and have a little bowl of cereal or something and then go back to bed. Will go down to the kitchen in the morning and see cornflakes all over the side and a bowl and spoon in the sink with no memory of having eaten it.
Also eat whatever at whatever time. Went through a stage of having microwave fish pies for breakfast, cause they were on sale in Asda so I had like ten in the freezer and would scoff them before work. It was winter tbf, and it’s nice to have a hot meal before walking in the cold.
