The people who hate drinking water so much they’d rather get sick!
Have to say, aside from a small glass next to my bed which sits there for days at a time, I basically never drink water. I seem to do okay on it.
Bet their piss is absolutely appalling.

I hadn’t actually clicked on the link but that doesn’t surprise me, in the same way I wouldn’t be surprised if he turned out to be a scientologist.

Really need to bookmark those articles from nutritionists patiently explaining that most people get enough water from food and whatever else they drink in a day without needing to guzzle 8 litres of pure water a day or whatever ridiculous amount Dr Gillian McKeith or Gwyneth Paltrow or some other quack has got gullible folk believing is necessary.

Never used to drink water but tbf that’s growing up in the south and then moving to London, it’s pretty rank in a lot of places.
Great in Scotland tho
