I’m a songwriter from Townsville, Australia looking to perform live and begin working on a new LP. I’ve recorded an album called ‘Idolatry’, which I produced, mixed and mastered myself. I’ve called myself ‘Corrections’. Links can be found below.
The album has been featured on a few small blogs (SSG music, shoegaze blog, theblogthatcelebratesitself) but nothing huge. It’s even had some label interest - barely worth mentioning at this stage.
Ultimately, I’m looking to expand my sound and begin playing live as soon as possible. I’m moving to Maidenhead, which is a small town, but I’ll have transport.
I’ll be arriving on the 18th of December. I will have a job, so it’ll take a while to set up, but I’m more than willing to collaborate in any way, shape or form. At this point, I would like to get the ball rolling and set up some meetings/jam sessions of some kind.
I’m especially keen to find a drummer, vocalist, and perhaps a bass player/guitarist. But more importantly, you must share be appreciate similar aesthetics in music. I already have ~8 songs written for the next LP, but they need input from other creatives to stand out from the vast ocean of noise that is 2017-2018.
