I’m voluntarily going in - I actually enjoy it and only have one more week of going in, as I’m :pregnant_woman: and have been advised not to when in the third trimester.

Morning all!

What a glorious day! I’m feeling fresh for the start of the week thanks to my sea swimming / no booze last night. I’ve got a full day of work, so I won’t get to see much of the sun, but I have got a film to collect at lunchtime, so I might eat on the beach, and there’s potentially a photo shoot happening later although that’s not organised yet.

Anyway, happy menless Monday!

Do you ever stare at your inbox and think “I don’t want to reply to any of these emails”? I was off on Friday and returned to 73 unread messages, which I’ve reduced down to the 20 that need me to respond.

Morning :wave: Happy Menless Monday all.

Got the post holiday blues so still a bit grumpy and have to go for a hospital appointment soon so even more grumpy. Tough night sleep as big dog was too hot, ended up with every window in the house open and the fan on and he finally settled.

On a positive note, I’m off work until Weds, get to see my friends tonight for the 1st time in an age and meet their new baby :blush:

I had hoped to sleep in a bit but my neighbour had other ideas and started mowing his lawn quite early this morning.

I bought a “cooling blanket” off amazon, used it for the first time last night and it kind of worked weirdly? It’s like when you turn over the pillow to get the cool side but it’s a blanket and you just have to air it out for a second to get that coolness again.
