I too was woken at 5 - in my case by a crew of noisy seagulls outside and Jess the cat climbing on stuff she shouldn’t be (music stuff)

I got back to sleep though so I’m not too bad

Gotta get off the sofa and get ready for work. Don’t wanna

Wor Lass and I are going to the solicitors to write wills and then probably going for food and maybe The Lion King.

In theory he is going to be with his dad all day so I can have rest. In practice he may well be brought home several hours early because he is tired and difficult.

Last full day at work before going back to the UK for the first time since Christmas and I’m DEAD excited. Seeing my lovely nan for the first time since then, seeing my mam, meeting some of my fave DiSers, eating all the fish and chips. EXCITED.

Even work can’t bring me down, largely because I’m going to ignore it.

Yeah don’t let the name or his adorable wee face fool you. Mr Socks is a cold, calculating monster who will stop at nothing to get an extra packet of wet food.

Going to a festival this weekend. Haven’t camped since 2012. Remind me what things people bring to a festival again, please? Weirdly wet wipes are in the list of items that you are not permitted to bring (??)

My nephew once faked an earache at the childminder’s, after seeing another child with an ear infection get Calpol :joy: - sweet nectar indeed!
