I open at least one window a day. Love a bit of fresh air!

I still have my very thick duvet on the bed and I love it. Probably won’t change it until it’s proper summer.

Normally wouldn’t have the heating on at all by now, but it’s been so cold the last few weeks I’ve still been setting it to come on for a couple of hours in the morning to take the edge off, particularly when having a shower as that room is the coldest in the house. It’s really irking me to be honest.

Really hate not wearing a jacket. Need somewhere to put my hands.

I get so much pleasure out of the seasonal duvet changes. It’s exciting having a different weight and thickness of duvet. And the feeling of a crisp, soft bedsheet on your skin in Summer :relaxed:

Been on our 4.5 tog since autumn. Only change is down to sheets in warm season.

Starting to think Avery and Gnomey might be faking this whole relationship thing

I don’t know if it’s because we are surrounded by fields or because there’s a couple of reservoirs a few hundred yards away, but we get so many little mosquito type things in the house during the summer.

Opened the front door to put milk bottles out before bed one day last summer and literally hundreds of the things just swarmed inside.

Aargh

I wish screen doors were more of a thing over here

I thought we had our thicker tog on over Winter??

I am answering for Melbourne autumn although temperatures are similar really.

IKEA heavy duvet so no tog rating annoyingly.

Also I prefer car windows down and air con off but my wife and daughter are less into it so it depends on if I’m driving.

My silly ever-shifting shift patterns and this weird May weather means I often have the car heater blazing one way to work (plus gloves and sometimes woolly hat on as well) and no heating + windows down the other way.
