I wish. My cut-off point was midnight, 4th Jan (to make up for my earlier deficit). My final mince pie was an Asda Sloe Gin one. Only pies left are the super-gross Aldi glittery candle-tasting ones though.

Still got a few mini mince pies in the cupboard. Maybe three or four left of the pack of nine? I think my other half got some gluten free mini mince pies too. No idea how many of them are left
What’s the pastry to filling ratio like on the mini ones?

Last mince pies of the year are Spar extra special black forest mince pies. Don’t know what they were thinking, don’t know what I was thinking. Cherry and chocolate do not a mince pie make.

These are pretty banging, bit boozy, good pastry. Will have to reassess them later on when I’ve re-calibrated cause I’m just so happy to have mincey ps back in my life
