Just booked a (very OTT/costly) tasting menu place for May, somewhere I’ve wanted to go to for a while but also just won a Michelin star a few months ago. Looking forward to it a lot, and always up for fancy experimental food, but the drinks choices have still left me a little 
Our wine list has around 20 wines by the bottle, which are mostly organic.
We offer a choice of three Champagne method wines to accompany snacks before dinner.
We have a couple of malts whiskies for after dinner with cafetiere coffee or mint tea.
We have a home-made non-alcoholic cordial which changes seasonally and we have Copenhagen Tea and Vichy Catalan Water.
Great for someone not into wine at all …
