Met two awesome kitty cats today. Also bought a new cycling jersey. Had poached eggs on toast for lunch and chicken caesar salad for dinner.

Or maybe you’ve invented scrambled egg cake. Could be a money spinner. Does it taste nice?

I mean I don’t rate scrambled eggs at all but some people do.

It does not taste nice. I need to learn that baking is a precise science and you can’t bring a cake back from a mistake unlike a sauce or something. Basically I tried to replace vanilla extract with lemon juice, and writing it down that’s obviously a really stupid thing to do, and I sort of have an excuse but not really.
