Evening all. Did an 8 mile walk this morning and then spent all afternoon and some of this evening decorating our living room. I think I might have broken myself a bit

Watching the speedway on Eurosport. Slowly but surely turning into my dad.

Wrapped up and cosy in bed with a cup of tea and watching a documentary which is nice but period pains go away! 
Had such a good pizza on Saturday night. They donāt normally deliver to us but they did this time! Best takeaway pizza Iāve had in ages.

Just heated up bean chilli from the freezer to discover itās actually a very meaty ragu for the second time in the last week
Was nice though - had it with rice and broccoli and cholula and cheese

Still only 1:20 on the afternoon here. Iām going to jump in the sound later on. I really need try to find a second hand paddle board to buy. My last one got nicked. Itās a lovely day! Thereās a hint of wildfire haze but itās high up in the atmosphere.

Not heard of Blacklock but know flat iron give you a little tiny meat cleaver which is worth going for in itself!
Thatās twice in a row now Iāve walked out of the loos with my flies fully undone.
I want to go to bed 
10.30 and Iāve not even had the ice cream Iāve been saving all day.
Oh God, tonight has been preeeeeeetty emotionally draining
