When I was on my first day of teaching placement, I turned up in a pale blue shirt and a tie with a a dark blue/ orange / white stripe which looked suspiciously like the sixth form school uniform.

My day was spent having teachers stop me going into the English office because it was staff only.

I’m eating half a bowl of those pasta tortellinis with cheese in. Some olive oil, bit of pepper, HFW himself couldn’t match this.

Hafe For Work?

Just got back from visiting relatives in Ireland. Knackered. Should probably go to bed, but I’ll probably stay up for a while longer.

Me, every day

Yep!

We all know it would have, but we also all know that a man must wear a tie if he wants to look professional (or if the school dress code demands it…)

moving is such a pain in the arse. i’ve got stuff still in boxes from the last time i moved, 6 years ago.

Wondeful as always. One off AITB.

Went to an abortion rights protest, then dance class, then met one of my oldest ATDs for the West Ham vs. Chelsea game. Reading the papers with a fine pint of Beamish right now.

Watching Wings of Desire for the billionth time although it always leaves me a blithering mess

thank you x

I LOVE that film, but I definitely have to be in the right frame of mind to watch it…

Think between that and Paris Texas Wim Wenders basically came the closest out of anyone to committing an accurate account of human consciousness to film - both in content and form. Because of that they’re really sad too, granted.
