I feel as tho I need to watch it again on my own, in the dark and pished. I was a bit too self conscious of whether my Mum was enjoying it and there was a bunch of planks in the back making mouth clicking noises and rustling. It was pretty much what I thought and hoped it would be tho.

Why are you both using pans? Make it a wee tent out of foil or baking paper with a squeeze of lemon and some pepper and stick it in the oven. Bosh.

Tent salmon tends to be very moist and flaky so worth trying for the comparison.
Oh well we all know that meows always right.

Also try adding a slice of jalapeño to the top of the salmon whilst baking. Trust me

Sorry, I was in the football thread. Baking/roasting, I dunno. I put it in a boat/tent, slice of lemon, bit of butter, jalapeño on top, 15 minutes at about 170
