Evening, made a cauliflower and chickpea curry. Going to do some life admin and switch banks and then crash on the sofa to True Detective.
Haven’t done much today which is nice. Made cheeseburger casserole for tea, might watch TV and drink some beers now, just for a change.

auld fella at my work shouted up at me when i was up on my scaffold and gestured for me to take my headphones out, when i did he said ‘did you hear there’s been a wind warning?’ so i said ‘er yeah… storm thingy innit?’ and he says ‘storm alan!’ and rips a massive fart and walks away laughing to himself. (his names alan).

Had a slightly unproductive day, then forgave myself for my sins. Stormy Monday and all. At least I didn’t try and fly from Sunderland to Newcastle and end up in Egypt
Just had a bath and all the overflow water came through my downstair’s neighbours bathroom ceiling
Just ordered pizza as a treat and going to game with a friend for a good few hours
Got a good kitchen tidy up going
Gonna have a beer, make a Thai pork peanut curry, watch some screen based entertainment

Some of these flight are so ridiculous that it’s hard not to have a little chuckle. The train from Manchester to London would take less time than getting through the airport

just realized that these ridiculous diversions must be due to Ryanair not wanting to pay the higher fees for closer airports.

Eating Christmas snacks, drinking a silly beer, watching a comedy stream from Edinburgh. A couple in the IRL audience are there because they got stuck.
My partner is supposed to be coming home from London tonight, her train got cancelled and now she’s on one that isn’t due until 1am. I’ll be honest, I’ll probably go to bed before then.
