An ATD messaged me earlier. He’s going to be home for the first time in a few years next week and wants to get a few of us together for a pals Christmas meal.

Ugh so my work crush rocked up at my desk this morning and talked to me for half an hour. This evening when I messaged him he made some TV comment about ‘rich social life messaging work colleagues at this hour’.

I don’t really get what he is playing at. I cannot believe he genuinely cares about my wellbeing so I figure it’s him trying to deflect interest or the worst case scenario he’s genuinely pissed off with me messaging him. But why would you come over and talk to me? Shove men.
