Another good thing about pre-heating is if you put the oven to pre-heat and look in the oven and realize you don’t have what you thought you did (veggie sausages) you can nip to the shops.

Sprouts are so great. Have some balsamic fellas in the freezer, saving them for a treat. One of those vegetables that you think is bad as a kid and then you grow up and realise people just boiled the poor things to mush when they deserve so much better than that.
