It’s been an interesting introduction to the forums, I’ll say that!

My day is getting better now works over. I’d go for a run but I’m not sure I fancy braving Ophelia’s sandstorms and whatnot. Think I’ll hibernate with some chocolate and irn bru instead. How’s your day been?

lucky me I went for a run this morning around the lakes, was pretty sunny too.

Wish I had bought irn bru from the shop this afternoon instead of bud, would have been the smarter decision!

Not too much on the cards today really just uploading my new album and having a beer.

Ugh, so

Just bumped into a few school friends that I have seen for years…probably decades in fact. I say friends but we weren’t close and it was probably an association based upon proximity more than anything. Anyway, we got into a discussion about careers and things…but they were really disparaging about becoming a nurse (which I’m doing, btw), particularly stating it’s because I wasn’t able to cut it as a psychologist. They just ignored any attempt I made to explain why I was pretty proud of it actually.

Just feeling a bit low, I guess. Need to stand up to these people more.

Hiya! I think I did mention being new on one of the first few threads but I felt like I’d turn into a bit of a tedious bore announcing it every time so i just sorta dove right in after that.
