It’s a mix of krautrock and jazz. Mostly instrumental with some vocals on one track. Really powerful stuff and it’s only divided into four tracks, one for each side of the two records.

I’m always working on something! Starting a new band with some old friends, trying to put out some soundtrack music that I recorded with another friend for a theatre production during the summer as well.

Recording a sequel to this album in the New Year and I’m most excited about that at the moment.

I listen to a fair amount of improvised / instrumental / soundtrack stuff too - I’ve had Mica Levi & Oliver Coates’ ‘Remain Calm’ soundtrack and new Body / Head album blaring out of my speakers the last couple of days.You heard either of them? Definitely two of my favourite albums of the month!

I used to have a jumper from h&m before they went crap quality, that was this kind of stripes but long-sleeved and a fine knit. I wish I still had it, but it’s long gone.

This just got me through the last half hour of work! You guys locked into some tight grooves early on then it started to get quite doomy by track 5 (?) then you drew me back in for the uplifting finale. A glorious racket indeed!
