Already started spending the paycheck
Yep. Comic shop was running a 3 for 2 but only until the end of April, what was I meant to do?!
I went and spent £80 in TK Maxx when I just went in for a browse oops.
But got 7 things for that, and a very relevant tee to wear on Saturday.
Work now expects me to do a 12-8pm shift every Thursday, I am proper fuming
Can you not argue that you didn’t sign up for that? Surely they can’t just change your hours willy nilly?
I agreed to work flexibly cause sometimes we need someone on site to be with our therapists in the evening so in terms of my contract it’s in there. I’ve even been doing it once a month which is manageable but this is a bit much.
Plus if I don’t do it we might have to shut down the Thursday evening shift which would mean 12 young people a week not being able to see a therapist
Hmm that’s a tough one. Could you offer to do two a month and a colleague does the other 2? Sorry, you’ve probably already thought of that!

It was the first screening of an animated film made by a paper artist I’ve commissioned through work previously. It was really great, I’m in awe of super-talented creative people.

Not bad thanks! Just having a fancy Saino’s pizza and chips for tea before we go and see my dad for his birthday in a bit. Had a long day but nothing a cider and some cake won’t fix.

Anyway for ages I thought my phone was broke cause my typing comes out like ^that but it’s my keyboard always switching to welsh. Not sure why it still can’t fix my typos properly though.
