Up ridiculously early (actual truth is I haven’t been asleep) to go for brain scan. Having a coffee and bagel. Then meeting a friend for lunch to recover.

Got a very stiff, sore neck. Going to whizz the dog around the block and then stay in the warmth of the house for the rest of the day, got a shit load of parcels apparently being delivered today anyway.

Today’s excitement is that we’re getting new windows, in the room that will become Jimbo’s new bedroom (maybe before Christmas?) and in the room I work in. So my work will be somewhat disrupted, but it’s a quiet day today, so it won’t be too bad. Just really chilly when they’re doing it.

Made the executive decision that since I worked late last week and did some work this weekend that I’m taking today off. Except because I’m a wet wipe I told a client this in a “no worries if not!!!” way so now I’m going to be checking my emails all day to see if I’ve got permission to relax yet.

Had a 10/10 weekend. Had dinner with my parents, a lovely pizza feast with @Squandered , met the famous Joni 
, then ice skating and football with my in law fam and my niece is SOOOO into me right now and it’s the cutest thing ever. #blessed
Fucking knackered though so I’ve had to stay home from work 
(tbf I have a hint of a migraine coming on)
