Ordinarily I have a sweet tooth but with cocktails I like a balance of sour/sweet and with a strong kick of booze. Old fashioned is my fave. Got into margaritas in Mexico. Espresso Martini’s are good when done well.
I would have to buy them to freeze them first, which is most likely never going to happen
