CS response rates seem to be roughly within a working day, anything faster is impressive
Anything that needs a response more urgently than two weeks should come with a priority flag and urgent title imo.

Slight change of subject, but my most productive hours are between 7am and noon (I’m a morning person). When I started WFH I adjusted my hours - basically starting 2 hours earlier, to benefit from these productive hours.
However, over time, it has occurred to me that I’m giving my employer my best hours, and my free time uses my worst hours. I don’t think this is right. I would prefer to utilise my most productive hours doing personal stuff, like hobbies, or reading War and Peace, or learning a foreign language. Not making more money for my employer. So I’ve switched back to thinking it’s better to give my employer my worst hours, and keep the best ones for myself.
This is a process, I’m not very successful at it.

Have gone into the office today specifically so I have other people around so I actually finish stuff up

Dr Mrs Epimer has been asked to go into the office so marketing can do a photo of some deal being signed. Everyone around the table, pens in hand etc.
It’s being done on DocuSign.

Quite like the idea of this kind of thing being done online - a gallery of Teams thumbnail backgrounds watching a shared screen as someone types their name in capitals into a box.
