Husband’s off work this week and next so I’ve been sneaking out of the bedroom as quietly as I can to let him sleep, but I left both my pairs of glasses in there and I need to start work

  • Go in and get glasses, probably wake him up in the process
  • Squint at the screen for the next hour until he wakes up

No idea what happened last night but instead of getting out of my side of the bed to go do a wee, i climbed over my bf. He thought he was getting a middle of the night treat but alas i was just sleep climbing as per usual.

WFH today, which in actual fact means doing very little aside from answering emails and setting objectives for 2019 and otherwise dicking about.

Picking the kids up from school, might go swimming depending on my daughter’s cold.

Otherwise, should make a start on wrapping presents now that they’re beginning to arrive!

Booked my car in for service this morning.

Only the booking hadn’t been sent through to the garage, so it was a bit of a shambles when I turned up. So instead of having a loan car for the day, I’m sat in the waiting room with a shit coffee machine and subtitled Sky News for a couple of hours while they do it for me.

Today is my last day of work b4 Xmas - but I’m WFH and it’s crazy quiet, so planning on using the day to clean and do a few jobs.

am having a big heavy cycling thing replaced but the people delivering the new one are not the same people taking away the old one. i’ve hopefully managed to coordinate it so they both show up today but no doubt one will turn up now and the other not until 5pm just to totally fuck my day up.

the courier that is collecting the thing emailed me at half 8 to tell me i need to print out a bunch of bullshit and they might be there any time after 9. cheers. don’t have a fucking printer do i.
