I’m sure there was previously a thread for non-Excel MS help but I can’t seem to find it.

Anyway, I have a project in MS Project. When I was learning how to use it I changed the format of all the bars in the gantt chart individually so that they were all the same in terms of appearance.

The project has grown and I don’t have time/can’t be arsed doing that for every new task I add, but the way bars appear as default doesn’t cut it.

Is there a way that I can apply the formatting to all bars on the gantt chart without doing them individually?

It’s a while since I’ve used Project but can you shift-select (or alt-select) bars and then change the properties of groups?
