I think Queen’s Greatest Hits 2 on VHS was my first introduction to music when I was a child
I remember being in the lay-by outside church when I was little and thinking so hard about the bohemian rhapsody video that I could practically see it in front of me.
it was this and Appetite for Destruction which my dad used to play loads in the car on tape when I was very little.
Went through a phase of really hating that album but I’ve come back around now and think it’s great
i made a joke about ‘im in love with my car’ by queen on twitter without knowing the existence of ‘im in love with my car’ by queen is a running joke all the way through the bohemian rhapsody film. i thought i was being very clever, turns out i just looked like someone who had seen the film a couple of weeks before i saw the film

hah, not solely! I also used to listen to Metallica as a kid and they are shit
the films quite good fun. its properly stupid and packed full of cliche and doesnt deal with freddies sexuality well at all, but the live aid bit at the end is brilliant fun
