Our work aircon failed yesterday. The building managers sent us all an email bemoaning the fact that “several of the systems broke, and on the hottest day of the year!” as if this was somehow bad luck, rather than the most likely time for a fucked system to fuck up.

Our lifts break when it gets cold too. They don’t like the cold.
