Fucking hell - I’ve got one submitted that I think is original enough to get me points, but there’s also one that I think is cooler (and possible more points but probably less) and I’ve just realised one of my favourite songs ever is a 9-er (but probably won’t get points and I’m saving the band for a later round).

I settled on my choice days ago but realised last night that my favourite track by an artist popular on here is 9 letters long. Reckon it’s a bit too atonal to attract many points from non-fans though so sticking with my previous choice

Where do we stand on a song title that is nine letters long but then has a (live) or (remix) etc after the nine letters?

I’d not count things like " - 1997 remaster" which seem to be really common tags on Spotify which might not have the original mastered release. I think I would count remix or live details as part of the title though as it distinguishes from another version of the song.

I’ve submitted. It’s a banger, IMO. But overfamiliarity might kill its chances. I’ve got another I’d love to submit because I think it’s great but the artist is somewhat controversial and I don’t want to open that whole art vs artist debate again.

Have counted the letters in my song title multiple times after Grindin’gate, but I still can’t shake the feeling that I’ve gotten it wrong
