I’m about two thirds of the way through. Have listened to pretty much everything other than a couple of songs I’ve skipped so far. Have found some nice songs I didn’t know before, and one that sounded really lovely. Will go back and listen again once I’ve reached the end.

Yeah it probably is! But sometimes I find I like music that nobody I know in real life knows or likes, and if I can find out that a few of you lot like it too or are at least receptive to it if it’s new to you then that’s a win for me.

They’re an amazing band but someone has picked one of their worst tracks for some reason. They released a far better album the same year as this one!

Different lists tho! I’m not going in with a strategy or anything but I’ve been more drawn to voting for stuff I don’t know before, but this seems like I’m going to be mainly voting for stuff I do know as I just like it more in this list. I think that’s because it’s quite a limited category, and it’s from a relatively recent year. It’s not impossible that I’ll hear something I love that I haven’t heard before, but if I was going to love it there’s a pretty high chance I would have actually heard it in 2011.
I expect if you hadn’t been inclined to listen to the track I’ve put up in 2011 then it’s probably not going to be for you, might be one of two people who it passed them by, but I’m guessing people who haven’t heard it won’t have heard it as they don’t really like stuff like that!

That’s a bit long and possibly condescending! Sorry!

I’m enjoying hearing the new stuff, and being slightly bewildered by how some people’s minds went to their choices. Interesting though.
