In an act of shithousery so impressive that I can’t even be legitimately angry, a friend of mine who has a few thousand Twitter followers tweeted that I had accidentally bought too many tickets for this gig, and was selling six at face value.
Having not been on Twitter all day, logging in to find 20 DMs and maybe twice as many notifications gave me a minor heart attack. I’ve spent the last hour dashing the hopes of countless emo kids.

Don’t think it’s fair to compare them to Jeff Rosenstock and Big Thief, who for all you know people might be talking about in 15 years. They’ve definitely stayed more relevant today than a load of the twee Pitchfork indie from 2004-2006 though.
